Our Story
Born in the heart of Louisiana, Main Squeeze Juice Co.® has been redefining healthy living since 2017. Founded in Lake Charles and headquartered in New Orleans, our mission from the start has been simple: to make healthy easier through fresh, flavorful, and nutrient-rich offerings.
What began as a passion project quickly evolved into a rapidly growing fast-casual juice and smoothie concept that now spans Louisiana, Texas, Missouri—and beyond. Backed by a best-in-class corporate support team, we've built an innovative franchise system featuring proprietary software, mobile ordering, self-order kiosks, and curbside delivery.
We're proud to lead the way in wellness-focused convenience. We're also honored to have partnered with NFL legend Thomas Morstead to help fuel our national expansion.

We do this through a nutritionist-designed, plant-powered menu built around superfoods, whole ingredients, and convenience that help you fuel your day the natural way. Every item on our menu is crafted to support wellness and deliver clean, sustained energy that fits your lifestyle.
From cold-pressed juices and superfood smoothies to our one-, two-, and three-day cleanse programs, each recipe is thoughtfully developed by expert dietitians and inspired by creative chefs. We’re especially proud to use organic, wild-harvested açaí berries from the Amazon rainforest in Brazil to create nourishing açaí bowls that taste as good as they are for you.
Our commitment extends beyond personal health. For years, Main Squeeze built its name on a 100% plant-based menu—clean, vibrant, and made with intention. Today, we’re expanding that same approach with a new Flexitarian Style Menu designed to welcome more lifestyles without changing who we are at the core. Our menu still centers on plant-based juices, smoothies, bowls, and snacks, with a small, clearly identified selection of non-plant-based add-ins and options for guests who prefer them—such as carefully sourced collagen, whey protein, and a limited number of non-vegan food items. To support ingredient integrity, all non-plant-based items are prepared using their own designated blender, while the heart of the menu remains plant-based.
